We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be paramount in maintaining inventory integrity and fulfilling customer orders promptly.   • Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational procedures.
  • Inspect products for defects and damage, reporting any issues to supervision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and PPE.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
