Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Verify product accuracy and quantities before packing.
- Package items securely and appropriately for transit, ensuring no damage occurs.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily shipping goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and quality.
- Understand and follow all instructions regarding proper handling of materials.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- A strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations is beneficial.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment is paramount.
