Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Verify product accuracy and quantities before packing.
  • Package items securely and appropriately for transit, ensuring no damage occurs.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily shipping goals.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and quality.
  • Understand and follow all instructions regarding proper handling of materials.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Proficiency in basic math and reading skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • A strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations is beneficial.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment is paramount.
