Are you looking for a rewarding career in logistics? Our Boise, Idaho fulfillment center is seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, from picking and packing to shipping. We are looking for individuals who are team players, possess a strong work ethic, and are committed to upholding high standards of quality and safety. This position involves working with various warehouse equipment and adhering to established logistics procedures. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be key to success.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using technology like RF scanners.
- Pack products with care, ensuring they are prepared for safe transit.
- Process and label shipments for outgoing logistics.
- Receive incoming goods, verify contents against orders, and inspect for damage.
- Replenish inventory stock as needed.
- Keep the workspace clean, orderly, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks and cycle counts.
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred but not required.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in physically active work including standing, walking, and bending.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations is beneficial.
- A proactive approach to safety and adherence to all protocols.
