Join our La Crosse campus team as a Sales And Leasing Consultant for Hyundai Mazda. In this key role, you will assist guests in selecting new or pre-owned vehicles that align with their needs and preferences. If you bring prior sales and/or customer service experience, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Build lasting relationships with guests to create lifelong clients. Use a consultative sales approach by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to understand each guest's needs. Continuously grow your product knowledge and sales expertise to become a trusted vehicle specialist, staying up to date on features, packages, and emerging technologies. Deliver professional, engaging demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles. Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business. Develop the ability to confidently address objections and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Track and communicate goals, activities, performance reviews, and results. Show up each day with energy, professionalism, and a positive, motivated mindset.
