Are you a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist looking for a fulfilling Full Time opportunity?
Buckhead Family Dentistry is now seeking a Full Time Dental Hygienist to join their team of dental professionals.
Located in the heart of Buckhead, the team at Buckhead Family Dentistry seeks a personable team member with excellent communication skills, and a passion for dentistry.
Buckhead Family Dentistry is a well established and respected practice in the Buckhead Community. This role provides great opportunity for growth and incentives for a dedicated hygienist who enjoys connecting with patients and providing excellent care.
As a dental hygienist you can expect a full time schedule, daily lunch break, and a growing patient base.
Full Time Dental Hygienist Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm
Wednesday 7:45am - 2:00pm
Friday 7:45am -12:00pm (As needed)
1 hour Lunch Breaks

Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience
Screening patients and providing quality care during check-ups
Educating patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene care
Reviewing patient's history and charting
Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
Documents area of existing restorations
Use of X-ray
Support the dentist with procedures as needed
Qualifications:
Licensed as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Georgia
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
Current BLS/CPR certifications
Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience preferred - but new grads are welcome to apply!
Knowledgeable about perio health and comfortable with patient education
Experience with dental practice software
Team Player - strong collaborator that is open, positive and flexible
