Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Process shipments and prepare them for dispatch to various destinations.
- Receive and organize incoming inventory, ensuring proper stocking.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the fulfillment area.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any stock discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and Safety protocols.
- Ensure the appropriate use of PPE during all operational tasks.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency through diligent work, including occasional Lifting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, e-commerce, or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including regular Lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Commitment to following all Safety regulations.
