Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and capable Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Orlando, Florida. In this critical role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and Safety. Your responsibilities will include managing warehouse staff, coordinating workflows, optimizing inventory management, and enforcing company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of logistics, and a proven track record in warehouse supervision. You will be instrumental in maintaining a productive and secure environment for our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct warehouse associates in daily tasks.
  • Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of inventory.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse Safety procedures and policies.
  • Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all staff.
  • Train new employees on warehouse operations, Safety protocols, and equipment usage.
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor productivity and performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Address employee concerns and conflicts effectively.
  • Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure a safe working environment, minimizing risks associated with Lifting and material handling.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS).
  • Demonstrated commitment to Safety and compliance.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems efficiently.
  • Experience with training and developing staff.
  • Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items when necessary.
  • Must understand and enforce PPE requirements.
