You will be tasked with managing and maintaining precise inventory records, conducting frequent cycle counts, and investigating any discrepancies that arise. Your responsibilities will extend to assisting in the receiving and put-away of goods, verifying incoming shipments against documentation, and identifying any damaged or incorrect items. A meticulous approach and strong analytical skills are crucial for this position. Responsibilities:
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
- Update and maintain inventory data within the WMS.
- Oversee the receiving process and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Inspect inventory for damage and report findings.
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams on inventory matters.
- Uphold all safety standards and wear appropriate PPE .
- Contribute to process improvements for inventory control.
- Support audit processes related to inventory.
- Maintain a tidy and secure inventory storage environment.
