We are looking for a meticulous Order Picker to join our high-volume logistics center in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products based on customer orders, ensuring that every item is accounted for and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Locate and retrieve products from various warehouse locations.
- Verify product details, quantities, and condition before moving to packing.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy to minimize order errors.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks such as stocking and cycle counts as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in order picking or a similar warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with RF scanning equipment and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Strict adherence to all safety procedures and mandatory use of provided PPE.
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
