About
Our Oklahoma City distribution center is looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items for customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. Your efficiency and attention to detail directly impact our customer satisfaction and the smooth flow of our operations. You'll work with various warehouse equipment and systems to fulfill orders accurately and in a timely manner. This position demands physical activity, including lifting and standing for extended periods. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide the necessary PPE for all employees. Responsibilities:
- Select correct items from inventory based on order tickets and scanners.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure quality.
- Package products securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately for shipping.
- Maintain productivity standards while ensuring accuracy.
- Keep work station clean and organized.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to meet production goals.
- Must be able to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Adherence to all safety guidelines and use of required PPE.
- Experience with packing materials and shipping methods is a plus.
