Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from inventory using scanning devices or pick lists.
- Verify order accuracy against product details.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipment.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and record-keeping.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in team efforts to meet operational goals.
- Understand and execute various logistics tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting (up to 35 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
