Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders and prepare them for packing.
- Pack orders securely, ensuring product protection during **lifting** and transport.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if trained and certified).
- Strictly follow all **safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements.
- Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Support other **logistics** functions as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **lifting** up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Understanding of warehouse **safety** principles.
- Willingness to wear required **PPE**, such as safety shoes and vests.
