Responsibilities:
- Receive and process orders using our fulfillment system.
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Utilize necessary PPE while performing job duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or e-commerce environment is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet performance targets.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
Safety is our top priority in our logistics operations. All employees are trained on proper lifting techniques and are required to wear appropriate PPE to ensure a secure working environment.
