Job Summary:
Join our bustling warehouse operations in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a Material Handler! This critical role supports the entire flow of goods within our facility, ensuring that materials are moved efficiently, safely, and accurately. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing various materials. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and shipments.
  • Transport materials to and from designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
  • Organize and stack materials in an orderly and safe manner.
  • Accurately record material movement and inventory data.
  • Load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and procedures, including proper use of PPE .

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Ability to operate various material handling equipment.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory control.
  • Must be capable of performing heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to following all safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with Logistics operations.
