Our dynamic logistics team in Washington, D.C. is looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock received goods into designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Load and unload trucks as required, ensuring proper handling of materials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Properly utilize required PPE to ensure personal and team safety.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • Understanding of basic inventory management and logistics principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to following safety guidelines and using PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and occasional overtime as needed.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
