Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock received goods into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Load and unload trucks as required, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Properly utilize required PPE to ensure personal and team safety.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic inventory management and logistics principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and using PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and occasional overtime as needed.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
