- Receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming merchandise.
- Accurately picking and packing orders for shipment to customers.
- Organizing inventory and maintaining stock levels in designated areas.
- Loading and unloading trucks and other transport vehicles.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required for some roles).
- Conducting regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse facilities.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety protocols.
- Identifying and reporting any damaged goods or operational issues.
- Collaborating effectively with fellow team members and supervisors.
This position involves significant Lifting , with the ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly. Mandatory use of required PPE , including safety shoes and vests, is expected. A strong understanding of warehouse best practices and a commitment to a safety-first culture are essential for success.
