Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
- Verify quantities and quality of received goods against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Arrange for transportation and schedule carrier pickups.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Organize and maintain the shipping and receiving areas.
- Ensure compliance with all company Safety regulations and procedures.
- Proper use of PPE at all times within the designated areas.
- Assist with other Logistics functions as needed.
- Involves frequent Lifting and moving of packages up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and protocols.
