Seeking a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist for our busy facility in Miami, Florida. In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory through systematic tracking, auditing, and reconciliation processes. Your duties will include conducting cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, managing stock levels, and ensuring proper storage and organization of materials. A strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations is essential. This role is crucial to the efficiency of our overall Logistics and supply chain. You will collaborate with warehouse staff and management to identify and implement improvements to inventory control procedures. A commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly work environment is expected, along with strict adherence to all company Safety guidelines and the appropriate use of PPE . We provide opportunities for training and professional development. This position requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong organizational abilities. While not constantly lifting, there may be occasional Lifting of items up to 40 pounds during audits or stock movement. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in data analysis are highly desirable.
