We are looking for a diligent Fulfillment Associate to join our modern distribution center in Kansas City, Missouri. This role is central to our logistics operations, encompassing the accurate picking, packing, and staging of goods for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items based on order tickets and utilize scanning equipment.
- Inspect goods for quality and ensure correct quantities are gathered.
- Pack items securely using appropriate shipping materials to prevent damage.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and other machinery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear designated PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stocking as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to strictly follow safety guidelines and wear all required PPE.
