Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts as required.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, emphasizing safety and quality.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
