Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable Material Handler to join our warehouse team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is critical to the efficient flow of goods within our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and move materials within the warehouse using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
  • Sort and organize materials according to established procedures and location assignments.
  • Transport materials to and from designated work areas or storage zones.
  • Operate manual and powered equipment safely, adhering to all operational guidelines.
  • Conduct routine checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock verification.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Strictly follow all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure the correct use of required PPE at all times.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical duties, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with common material handling equipment.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse safety protocols.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with others.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to operational needs.
  • Commitment to safety standards and wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain functions is beneficial.
