Job Summary:
We are recruiting a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our Omaha, Nebraska facility. This role is central to our customer satisfaction, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will play a vital part in managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. We place a high emphasis on workplace safety, requiring all associates to adhere to established protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the consistent use of required PPE. Your contribution is essential to the success of our logistics and distribution operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and assemble customer orders from inventory.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
  • Verify order details against picked items for accuracy.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, checking for damage and discrepancies.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and system updates.
  • Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, and safe.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanning devices.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including safe lifting practices.
  • Wear and properly utilize all required PPE throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment and logistics targets.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, or similar role is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices for lifting.
  • Team-oriented attitude and a strong willingness to contribute.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and proper PPE usage.
