We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution center. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork is required. The ideal candidate is physically fit, possesses good organizational skills, and is eager to learn. Emphasis will be placed on utilizing correct Lifting techniques to ensure personal safety and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Organize and stock inventory on shelves and in designated storage areas.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using provided lists or scanners.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely for safe transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Operate hand trucks and other manual equipment; powered equipment training may be provided.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Perform manual tasks that involve appropriate Lifting and dexterity.
