Are you a motivated individual looking to contribute to a busy fulfillment center? We have an exciting opportunity for a Fulfillment Associate in Boise, Idaho. This role is crucial for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on a strong Safety culture and expect all team members to adhere to our protocols, including the use of necessary PPE. This is a great chance to enter the logistics field.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order details.
- Pack orders securely and appropriately for shipping.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all Safety regulations and guidelines rigorously.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained.
- Support daily logistics operations and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse roles is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Dedication to Safety practices and proper use of PPE.
