Responsibilities include moving inventory, operating hand trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Adherence to all company safety policies and the correct use of PPE are mandatory. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills within the logistics industry. This position involves regular lifting of up to 40 pounds and requires standing and moving for extended periods. We are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage orders for outgoing shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and using PPE.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
- Team player mentality.
