We are seeking an enthusiastic Fulfillment Associate to join our vibrant team in Miami, Florida. This role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will be working with a diverse range of products, ensuring that each order is fulfilled with precision and care. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service through efficient order processing. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using a handheld scanner or pick list.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipment.
- Label packages with appropriate shipping information.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow Safety guidelines.
- Properly use and wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Contribute to team goals and overall warehouse productivity.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders.
- Participate in occasional Lifting and moving of boxes and other materials.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail environment is a plus. Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and sustained physical activity. Must be capable of occasional Lifting of items up to 35 pounds. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. A commitment to workplace Safety and following procedures is essential. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and logistics is beneficial. Must be willing to wear provided PPE and work in a fast-paced setting.
