Responsibilities include handling incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and stocking merchandise in designated areas. You will also be responsible for picking items for customer orders, ensuring the correct products and quantities are selected. Packing these items securely for transit is another key aspect of the role. A strong understanding of inventory management and a commitment to safety are crucial. This position requires physical stamina, as there will be significant lifting involved. Adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of PPE is mandatory. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock and organize inventory within the distribution center.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety procedures.
  • Utilize warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
