About
Our Boise, Idaho location is looking for a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our operations team. This role is fundamental to our daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics and ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory.
- Store goods in designated areas, maintaining organization and accessibility.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Perform tasks requiring manual Lifting and moving of products within the warehouse.
- Support the logistics team by completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Prior warehouse experience is advantageous. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team-oriented setting. This role requires the ability to perform regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. A strong emphasis on workplace Safety and the consistent use of PPE are required.
