Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records through system transactions.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, orderly, and safe at all times.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures rigorously.
- Wear and maintain all required PPE consistently.
- Participate in cycle counts and other inventory control activities.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability for consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
