Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records through system transactions.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, orderly, and safe at all times.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures rigorously.
  • Wear and maintain all required PPE consistently.
  • Participate in cycle counts and other inventory control activities.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability for consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety standards and proper use of PPE.
