Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our thriving logistics operation in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our distribution center. Your responsibilities will encompass receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.   • Receiving and verifying incoming shipments against documentation.
  • Organizing and storing inventory in appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Accurately picking items based on order lists or digital pick tickets.
  • Packing products securely and efficiently for outgoing shipments.
  • Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
  • Performing regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.
  • Operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Assisting in shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Supporting team efforts to meet daily operational targets.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
  • Capacity for strenuous physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing/walking.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and practices.
  • Familiarity with inventory management principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be reliable and committed to consistent attendance.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes in logistics.
