- Receiving and verifying incoming shipments against documentation.
- Organizing and storing inventory in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Accurately picking items based on order lists or digital pick tickets.
- Packing products securely and efficiently for outgoing shipments.
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Performing regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.
- Operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assisting in shipping and receiving procedures.
- Supporting team efforts to meet daily operational targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
- Capacity for strenuous physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing/walking.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and practices.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be reliable and committed to consistent attendance.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes in logistics.
