You will be responsible for unloading trucks, verifying shipment contents against documentation, inspecting for damage, and accurately entering received items into our system. Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming shipments from trucks.
- Verify received goods against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Inspect all incoming products for damage or discrepancies.
- Accurately record received inventory in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Stage received goods for put-away.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
- Adhere to all **safety** regulations and utilize required **PPE**.
- Assist with **lifting** and moving of goods, up to 50 lbs.
- Support the **logistics** department with timely and accurate receiving processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse receiving experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and **PPE** compliance.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** principles.
