About
We are seeking a reliable and diligent Warehouse Worker to join our facility in San Jose, California. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. Your contributions will be vital to the smooth functioning of our logistics network. You will work in a dynamic environment, handling a diverse range of products and ensuring efficient inventory management. A strong emphasis on Safety and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is a core requirement. This position offers a stable work schedule and competitive compensation.Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Organize and arrange stock on shelves and racks.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper handling of materials, including required Lifting.
- Support the logistics team with various tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and Safety practices.
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods.
- Commitment to wearing designated PPE.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
