Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyors, automated systems).
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ensure all equipment is compliant with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment.
- Respond to emergency repair requests.
- Ensure proper use and availability of PPE for all maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in mechanical/electrical fields preferred.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
