Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and report on stock rotation and obsolescence.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Identify and report any potential issues related to inventory damage or loss.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and the correct use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
- Proficiency with inventory management software (WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform light lifting (up to 30 lbs) occasionally.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to PPE guidelines.
