Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and report on stock rotation and obsolescence.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Identify and report any potential issues related to inventory damage or loss.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and the correct use of PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software (WMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform light lifting (up to 30 lbs) occasionally.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
