We are hiring a skilled Forklift Operator for our Charlotte, North Carolina facility. This role is critical for the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse and distribution center. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will also assist in loading and unloading trucks, conducting daily equipment inspections, and performing general warehouse duties as needed. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential for overall Safety and productivity. Your expertise in handling materials will directly impact our Logistics operations. This position requires a valid forklift certification, proven experience, and a strong understanding of warehouse operations. You must be proficient in operating various types of forklifts. The role involves moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs) and requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Strict adherence to PPE requirements and all company safety protocols is mandatory. We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious individuals with a keen eye for detail.
