About
We are hiring Fulfillment Associates for our San Antonio, Texas facility! This position is key to ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping a variety of products. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. You'll work with state-of-the-art technology to manage inventory and fulfill orders efficiently. Safety is our top priority, so a strong commitment to following all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is required. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment according to carrier guidelines.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment role is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
