Location: Greater Toronto Area
Type: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (9am–5pm) with some evenings & weekends required
Salary: CA$75,000–$85,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Property Manager with at least 2+ years of residential property management experience to oversee rental properties and support our growing portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly organized, knowledgeable about the Landlord and Tenant Act, and comfortable managing both day-to-day operations and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of rental properties within the portfolio
- Conduct property showings, tenant vetting, and application processing
- Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and tenant communications
- Perform move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections/walk-throughs
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs with contractors/vendors
- Assist with preparing properties for market, including staging coordination and MLS listing setup
- Track and manage rental payments, arrears, and related reporting
- Ensure compliance with the Landlord and Tenant Act and other relevant legislation
- Provide excellent service to both property owners and tenants, resolving issues promptly
- Prepare regular updates and reports for property owners
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management (required)
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Act (preferred)
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable with technology (property management software, MLS, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
- Flexible availability — core hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, but occasional evenings and weekends are required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
