Super dentist wanted! Kidding, but bringing a good procedure mix and an engaging personality is essential.
Now you may be asking - that sounds great but what do I get paid? Like everything we’re completely transparent. We pay based on collection and it starts at 38%.
This is full-time or part-time position ( 4 days minimum). Flexible days.
There is no non-compete. Setup next door! We’ll send you all the hard ones. There is non-solicitation of course.
New grads are welcome to apply.
Our contemporary, privately-owned office doesn't have marble floors and chandeliers but they are kept very clean and very organized. We do have great imaging and the best materials and instruments. Rotary endo, implants, digital scanners, etc.
Excellent well trained and personable staff. Very busy location.
Our business has been around 20+ years, so you can be confident we know our stuff!

Availability - mid- December or early January, this date is flexible. We are about 18 minutes away from Logan airport.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for patients
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix, or other dental management systems
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education programs
Requirements:
- Valid MA state dental license
- Graduation from an accredited dental school
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
- Proficiency in using, Dentrix, or other dental management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of Epic or other electronic medical record systems is a plus

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine oral health needs.
* Perform general dentistry procedures, including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
* Execute specialized treatments such as endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and oral surgery as required.
* Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
* Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques in the clinical environment.
*Skills*
* Proficient in dental terminology and medical documentation practices.
* Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.
* Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles and techniques for treating children effectively.
* Strong understanding of anatomy related to dental health and medical imaging procedures.
* Ability to perform dental extractions and manage complications effectively.
* Familiarity with infection control standards within a dental clinic setting.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and staff professionally.
