As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your role is vital in ensuring our customers receive their products quickly and in perfect condition. This position demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to Safety. You'll be working in a collaborative environment, utilizing various tools and technologies to manage inventory and fulfill orders. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Process shipments and affix shipping labels.
- Receive and stock incoming merchandise.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to team efforts and achieve daily productivity goals.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred. Must be capable of consistent Lifting of up to 40 lbs. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to Safety. Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to wear required PPE.
