Job Summary:
Our growing logistics operations in Baltimore, Maryland, are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate. This integral role involves supporting all aspects of warehouse functions, from receiving and put-away to picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
  • Accurately put away received goods in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick orders using RF scanners and prepare them for packing.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
  • Load and unload trucks as directed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely and proficiently.
  • Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
  • Must be able to perform lifting up to 60 lbs.
  • Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality.
  • Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills.
