Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Accurately put away received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick orders using RF scanners and prepare them for packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Load and unload trucks as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely and proficiently.
- Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Must be able to perform lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety protocols.
