Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our state-of-the-art logistics facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of reach trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your primary focus will be on optimizing warehouse space and ensuring the accurate handling of inventory. This critical role demands precision, a strong understanding of warehouse procedures, and an unwavering commitment to Safety. You will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and to operate equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company policies. Experience with high-reach equipment is essential, as is a proven track record of safe operation. This position involves regular Lifting and the ability to maneuver heavy loads is necessary. Our logistics operations depend on your expertise to maintain smooth workflows and prevent damage to goods. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team. Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate reach trucks to move and position palletized materials.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers.
  • Retrieve and place inventory in designated racking systems.
  • Conduct pre-operation checks on reach truck equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates.
  • Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
  • Utilize proper PPE and follow all site Safety protocols.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counting as needed.
  • Perform duties that may involve manual Lifting and material handling.
