Job Summary:
Our growing distribution center in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team. This role is fundamental to our operations, involving a wide range of warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. We are committed to operational excellence and prioritize a safe, efficient, and organized work environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key part in the successful execution of our Logistics strategy. Responsibilities include using warehouse equipment, managing inventory accurately, and ensuring timely processing of orders. We expect all team members to be dedicated to upholding our high standards of Safety , which includes the consistent use of PPE . The position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and system updates.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and secure.
  • Adhere strictly to all company Safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Wear all designated PPE at all times while on duty.
  • Contribute to process improvements within Logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical capability for tasks including Lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of warehouse equipment and machinery.
  • Strong commitment to workplace Safety and familiarity with PPE .
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic understanding of Logistics and supply chain principles is a plus.
