We are actively recruiting a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our bustling operations in Fort Worth, Texas. This position is fundamental to our distribution network, requiring diligence and efficiency in handling a wide variety of products. Your responsibilities will span from receiving and inspecting incoming goods to organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing them for shipment. We emphasize a culture of safety and provide all necessary PPE along with comprehensive training to ensure you can perform your duties effectively and securely. The ideal candidate possesses physical stamina for demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting , and a keen eye for detail to maintain inventory accuracy. This role offers a solid foundation for a career in warehouse management and Logistics .
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining the overall efficiency of warehouse Logistics .
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is advantageous.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring dexterity for long periods.
- Capacity for regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and inventory systems is a plus.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE (e.g., safety shoes, vests, gloves).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of basic Safety principles in a warehouse setting.
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic Logistics environment.
