Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using a scanner or pick list.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Operate packing machinery and equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- This role involves frequent Lifting of packages, some of which may be heavy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or packing role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product codes.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving regular Lifting of items.
- Willingness to follow all Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
