Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order details.
- Scan product barcodes to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Pack items carefully and securely, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare packages for shipping by labeling and staging them correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper lifting techniques.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE, such as safety shoes and vests.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in picking or packing is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for the duration of the shift.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to reliability.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse flow.
- Willingness to wear and maintain all issued PPE.
