We are seeking an energetic Warehouse Worker to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This position requires the ability to handle physical demands, including frequent **lifting** of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** working environment.
- Follow all **safety** guidelines and wear required **PPE**.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock takes.
- Contribute to efficient **logistics** operations through diligent work.
- Perform **lifting** tasks up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Work effectively with team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to **lift** and move up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse **safety** procedures and **PPE**.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** and inventory control.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
