We are hiring a skilled Reach Truck Operator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! This position is critical for efficient warehouse operations, focusing on the safe and effective movement of materials using a reach truck. You will be responsible for transporting, stacking, and retrieving inventory from various levels within our warehouse racking system. Maintaining an organized and safe work environment is key. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating a reach truck and a strong understanding of warehouse logistics and safety procedures. You must possess a keen awareness of your surroundings to prevent accidents and ensure the integrity of both the product and the equipment. Compliance with all company safety policies and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is expected at all times. While operating the reach truck is the primary focus, you may also be asked to assist with other warehouse tasks, which could include some Lifting and manual handling.
