Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to optimize logistics.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of orders.
- Train new warehouse staff on procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Operate and manage warehouse equipment effectively.
- Handle shipping and receiving documentation with accuracy.
- Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce its use among staff.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and coordination.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS).
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
