Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and staging.
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock received goods into designated warehouse locations.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting processes.
- Ensure the accuracy of all outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Identify and report any operational inefficiencies or safety hazards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is highly advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
