Responsibilities:
  • Perform all aspects of order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and staging.
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Stock received goods into designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all outbound shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Identify and report any operational inefficiencies or safety hazards.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
