Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – may require certification).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand warehouse documentation and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and the use of PPE.
- Basic math skills.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
